Student Orientation Week 2023-2024 — MDA National Medshop voucher Terms and Conditions

Provide information to MDA National Insurance to receive a $20 Medshop Voucher.

  1. Information on participation in this offer forms part of these terms and conditions of the offer. Participation in the offer is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions").
  2. The offer is being run by MDA National Insurance Pty Ltd ABN 56 058 271 417 AFS Licence Number 238073 ('MDA National Insurance') of Level 3, 88 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005, Australia, phone 1800 011 255. MDA National Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of MDA National Limited ABN 67 055 801 771 (together MDA National).
  3. Participation is open to “Eligible Participants”. An Eligible Participant is an individual who:
    • will be a medical student in Australia in 2024
    • applies for Membership with MDA National by 29 February 2024 3.15pm AEDT
  4. The offer commences 7:30am (AEDT) on Tuesday 21 November 2023 and ends 3:15pm (AEDT) on 29 February 2024. Eligible Participants must have confirmed or entered their details by applying for Membership. No extensions will be considered.
  5. The offer is not open to employees of the MDA National Group or their immediate families.
  6. The offer is a $20 Medshop voucher.
  7. Only 1 Medshop voucher per Eligible Participant is redeemable.
  8. Once the Eligible Participant has applied for Membership with MDA National, 1 Medshop voucher will be emailed to the email address registered by the Eligible Participant within 3 business days. The MDA National Group does not take any responsibility for any delay in the delivery of the voucher or it being lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed in any way.
  9. Vouchers must be redeemed by 5.00pm (AEDT) on Sunday 31 March 2024. The Eligible Participant is responsible for complying with the terms of the voucher.
  10. The Eligible Participant must, on request, be able to provide evidence demonstrating that they are an Eligible Participant and have complied with these Terms and Conditions.
  11. The Eligible Participant must, on request, be able to provide evidence demonstrating that they are an Eligible Participant and have complied with these Terms and Conditions.
  12. The offer must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Eligible Participant is unable to use the offer as stated. The offer is not transferable to another person or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash or other than as stated in the voucher.
  13. The MDA National Group and its respective officers and employees will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. The MDA National Group is not responsible or liable for any Eligible Participant’s inability to participate in the offer whether due to an inability to opt in or apply for Membership, problems or technical failures of any kind, unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website, electronic or human error or otherwise.
  15. Eligible Participant consent to MDA National Insurance using the contact details provided in connection with their MDA National Insurance policy for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the giveaway.
  16. MDA National collects, uses and discloses personal information of entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the purposes of conducting this competition. Eligible Participants may access, change and/or update their personal information by contacting MDA National on the number below. For further information, please see MDA National’s Privacy Policy.   17. Where this giveaway is communicated and/or conducted via a social media platform (including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn and/or Twitter), Eligible Participants acknowledge that use of social media platforms are subject to their terms and conditions of use. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, nor associated with any social media platform.
