AMAQ Junior Doctor Conference June 2019 - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.2. The competition is being run by the MDA National Insurance Pty Ltd (‘MDA National Insurance’) ABN 56 058 271 417 of Level 3, 88 Colin Street, West Perth WA 6005, Australia, phone 1800 011 255. MDA National Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of MDA National Limited ABN 67 055 801 771 (together the ‘MDA National Group’).
3. Entry is open to Junior Doctors attending the Australian Medical Association Queensland (AMAQ) Junior Doctor Conference who enter the competition at the MDA National stand by updating their details or completing a Quote Request Form at the stand during the AMA Queensland Annual Junior Doctor Conference and Career Expo on Saturday 15 June and Sunday 16 June 2019. (‘Eligible Entrant’).
4. The competition commences at 8.00am (AEST) on Saturday 15 June 2019 and ends at 4.20pm (AEST) on Sunday 16 June 2019.
5. The prize consists of 1 x $300 RM Williams Voucher and other great prizes.
6. The prize will be drawn after 4.30pm (AEST) on Sunday 16 June 2019 at the AMAQ Annual Junior Doctor Conference, Hilton Hotel, 190 Elizabeth St. Brisbane City, QLD 4000
7. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced by AMA Queensland at the conference on Sunday 16 June 2019. The winner will also be published on mdanational.com.au.
8. The prize winner must, on request by MDA National Insurance, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of MDA National Insurance, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
9. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by MDA National Insurance) or exchangeable for other goods or services and cannot be redeemed as cash.
10. The MDA National Group and its respective officers and employees will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. The MDA National Group is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or misdirected entry whether due to error or otherwise.
12. Entry details remain the property of MDA National Insurance. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the MDA National Group, unless the winner otherwise notifies the MDA National Group at the time of accepting his/her prize. Eligible Entrants consent to MDA National Insurance using the contact details provided in connection with their MDA National Insurance policy for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the competition and awarding any prizes.
