One of the best ways to protect your practice is to take out a Practice Indemnity Policy which will protect your practice entity and staff, in the event of a medico-legal matter, claim or complaint in relation to the healthcare services provided by the employees on behalf of the Practice. This Policy is different to, and complements, your doctors’ individual professional indemnity.
